Heavy-duty foot switch for tough shop, industrial, and factory applications. Includes oversized guard, rugged housing, and precise switches. This foot switch has a maintained action, which means you press down on the pedal to turn it on, and the unit will stay on until the user presses forward a latch inside the hood to release the pedal back to the “off” position. You can therefore remove your foot from the pedal and it will stay on (until the latch inside the hood is pressed forward to turn it off). Features all aluminum construction, an oversized guard (5.5” high, 6.2" wide) with enough room to fit large boots, and an oil/water/splash/dust-resistant enclosure (when used with the proper cable clamp). Includes a single 20-amp 125/250VAC-rated switch with one common, one normally open, and one normally closed contact (SPDT, Form C). Side cover flaps help protect pedal lever and shaft from oil, solvents, and water. 3/4"-14 N.P.T. threaded conduit entry in back.
